Excellence Zone Business Setup Privacy Policy

Please note the below terms and conditions will be applicable

  • The website www.excellencezone.ae is owned and operated by Excellence Business Services LLC.
  • We are based in the United Arab Emirates and abide by local laws. We accept Visa and Master Card as well as AED for payment.
  • We do not engage in business with OFAC and sanctioned countries. Users under the age of 18 are not allowed to register or make transactions on the website.
  • It is important for cardholders to keep copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Refund Policy

 

The Service Charges we collect cannot be refunded. In the event that any government charges are transferred and subsequently rejected, a refund will be issued if the payment has not been made to the government. Otherwise, only the remaining balance will be refunded. Please note that refunds will only be processed using the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

If the government rejects the job, it will be considered cancelled and the refund of government charges will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

Payment Confirmation

 

An email confirming the payment receipt will be sent once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts. It takes a minimum of 7 working days for the payment to be reflected in our accounts.

1. Excellence Business Services offers the following services:

The application forms and invoices, as well as any other written agreements, facilitate the provision of subscribed products and services. Additionally, they also facilitate the payment to third-party service providers.

2. Rights and responsibilities within the Excellence Zone business services:

As soon as Excellence zone  BUSINESS SERVICES becomes aware of any changes made by 3rd party service providers regarding the mentioned costs, documentary requirements, restrictions, or timelines, they will promptly inform the Customer. Excellence zone  BUSINESS SERVICES will ensure the efficient and accurate handling of all subscribed services and products with reasonable care and skill. However, Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, revenue, damage to brand or reputation, resulting from any act, omission, neglect, delay, or default by any Excellence zone  staff or agents, whether in contract or in tort.

Excellence zone remains liable for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. It is the responsibility of Excellence zone to provide the Customer with accurate information regarding costs, documentary requirements, restrictions, and timelines associated with the subscribed products and services at the moment of the Customer’s agreement signing.

3. Services agent / Local Sponsor Transfer

Every company must give written notice 30 days before their license expires if they want to transfer sponsors. If they fail to do so, the client will be required to pay AED5000. This amount is applicable if they request a sponsor change after their license has expired.

Excellence zone are in agreement.

Excellence zone will not be held responsible for any modifications made by third-party providers or government authorities to the mentioned costs, documentary requirements, restrictions, or timelines after the agreement is signed.

Excellence zone will provide these Terms & Conditions to the Customer for signature when the Customer agrees to subscribe to any product or service offered by Excellence zone.

 

4. CUSTOMERS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The customer must refrain from engaging in any business activities that may be considered illegal, defamatory, immoral, or obscene according to UAE Law. The customer will only use the products and services provided by Excellence zone for the specific purposes of the company registered through Excellence zone. Any sale, assignment, or delegation of these products or services requires prior notification to and permission from Excellence zone, as well as the relevant third-party service providers and/or government authorities.

The customer will receive the subscribed products and services as agreed upon in writing and submitted to Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES, and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The customers are required to pay the specified fee and all other service costs on time, as well as fulfill all their obligations mentioned in this agreement. The customer will be responsible for compensating Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES for any expenses, costs, claims, damages, or penalties incurred due to this agreement.

Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES will not be held accountable for or portrayed as the customer’s sponsor, agent, representative, or partner.

The customer will protect Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES from any claims arising from alterations or interruptions to their email address and/or domain name.

The customer is bound by the terms of conditions of each individual 3rd party service provider i.e. the business center and the Free Zone and any other organization or authority; the customer indemnifies Excellence zone BUSINESS from any issue that arises from a service or product provided by the 3rd party service provider

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

In order to receive services, payment must be made in advance unless post-dated cheques or another form of guarantee for the entire service is provided and approved. The fees and costs were agreed upon at the time of signing these terms and conditions or at the time of subscribing to a product or service after signing. The customer must make payment in cash, bank transfer, or post-dated cheques when applying, in the amount agreed upon for the duration of the trade license or as otherwise agreed.

The payer is responsible for all bank transfer fees. Once payment is received, applications will be processed and timelines will begin. Any additional services will be quoted and charged in advance, with written consent or agreement. Customers who have subscribed to the excellence zone Premier Package or have made other arrangements will have the cost of printing 250 business cards covered by excellence zone. These cards will be printed by a third-party service provider chosen by excellence zone, with one name, single-sided, standard print, and two colors.

Any requirements outside of these parameters will be the customer’s responsibility. The business cards must be related to the company registered with excellence zone and include the details subscribed for via excellence zone.

The selected operator will provide and oversee Business Centre Services, Phone Numbers, Fax Number, Meeting Room, Internet Cafe, Address, and Courier Mail Management Services. Please be aware that there are charges for transferring calls and the fax number is shared, not dedicated. When booking meeting rooms, please make sure to do so at least 3 working days in advance and each booking is limited to 2 hours. The Internet Cafe operates on a first come first serve basis. Excellence zone will handle payment to the selected Business Centre for the chosen service on behalf of the Client. However, the client must sign and abide by the terms and conditions set by the selected operator.

Excellence zone is not accountable or held responsible for any aspect of the agreement made between the Client and the chosen Business Centre or the services they provide. The business centre will directly invoice the client for any miscellaneous services such as call transfer charges, photocopying, printing, extra meeting room hours, and internet cafe days. The client must settle these charges promptly to prevent any suspension of business centre services.

If you wish to use the honesty bar at the business centre, you must provide a credit card as security and settle your bill daily. Please note that only tea and coffee are complimentary; everything else will be charged. Regarding meeting room bookings at the internet cafe, partial bookings are not accepted. For example, a half-hour meeting room booking will be considered as one hour, and if you use the internet cafe for two hours, it will be counted as one day. Additionally, if two people use the internet cafe on the same day and occupy two desks, it will be considered as two days of usage. Desk space cannot be shared, so only one person can occupy one desk. If you need additional meeting room hours or internet cafe days, you can approach the Business Centre and pay for them separately.

Regular mail that is received will be stored for a period of 60 calendar days and will be disposed of if not collected within that time. Parcels that are received will require a handling fee of 100 AED per item, in addition to any customs fees that may apply. If parcels are not collected within 21 calendar days, they will be discarded. It is important to note that the PO Box details listed on your Free Zone trade license cannot be utilized to receive any mail or packages for either yourself or your company.

Any mail or packages sent to these PO Boxes will be destroyed.

If payment for the renewal of the Excellence zone package (Support Services and Company Registration) is not received by the company Trade License’s expiry date, all services, including any subscribed telephone number and domain name, will be terminated. Reconnecting the telephone number and domain name after disconnection will incur a fee of 350 AED. Additionally, a penalty of 100 AED will be charged for each day past the expiry date until either renewing the Excellence zone package or completing the closing cancellation procedure. Any applicable government fees will also be the responsibility of the customer.

The selected 3rd party operator will be responsible for providing and overseeing certain services. Excellence zone will make the payment to the chosen 3rd party operator on behalf of the Client for the selected service. However, the Client must sign and abide by the terms and conditions set by the selected 3rd party operator. Excellence zone is not liable for any aspect of the agreement between the Client and the selected 3rd party operator.

Excellence zone does not offer refunds for any payments received towards products or services, unless there is an agreement stating otherwise. This policy remains in effect regardless of whether the payment received is less than the full amount owed or if the customer has not yet provided all necessary documents or if their application is rejected by the licensing government authority for any reason.

4. NON PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the post dated cheques or security deposit for any products or services subscribed to are not cleared within 30 days of their due date, legal action will be taken to recover the funds. This may include cancelling the company trade license and any company visas, as well as imposing bans through the free zone and/or other licensing authority and/or UAE immigration against the customer. Additionally, Excellence zone  reserves the right to assume control of and subsequently close the customers’ company incorporated via Excellence zone if deemed necessary. In such cases, any associated visas will be cancelled without notice. The customer will remain responsible for any outstanding payments to Excellence zone and all applicable charges.

A penalty of 10 per month or part thereof will be imposed for late payments. If cheques are returned or bounced, a charge of AED600 will be applied. Any yearly renewable product or service will automatically renew for another 12 months unless written notice is received 2 months prior to the renewal date. If you cancel Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES support services, you must give 2 months notice. During this notice period, you will be charged according to your subscribed rate. After the notice period, you will be charged a pro rata rate of 1,025 AED per month for the remaining duration of your contract.

If the trade license is cancelled, you will be responsible for paying the current government charges imposed by Excellence zone  for closing down the company or cancelling the visas. Any property left in Excellence zone facilities will be transferred to Excellence zone for disposal, sale, or any other necessary action to recover any outstanding balance from the customer. Excellence zone is not obligated to disclose any actions taken and may still pursue legal measures to obtain payment for services provided. The client must keep Excellence zone as their agent for as long as the company exists and is not allowed to handle the renewal of their company license or any other related processes independently.

Overall:

Both parties must provide written notice, which will be considered properly served. Notice can be served at the office premises or any other address provided by Excellence zone  or the customer. If notice is sent by post, it will be considered received by the addressee in the usual mailing process. This agreement is specific to the customer and cannot be assigned to another party. It also constitutes the complete agreement between the parties, and neither party has relied on any representation or term not included in this agreement.

Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES has the authority to take necessary action and notify relevant parties if the customer or its company is found to breach the conditions set by the licensing authority or engage in activities against UAE Law. Any updates or modifications to our proposals will be accessible on our website and the latest proposal. It is the client’s responsibility to refer to our website or contact Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES for a copy of the most recent proposal, as we will not distribute this information to the client.

The laws of the jurisdiction where Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES head office is located (Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES , Dubai UAE) will govern and interpret this agreement. Third parties do not have the right to enforce the terms of this agreement. Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES is not responsible for any changes to timelines, restrictions, costs, or procedures that are beyond its control, including changes made by government authorities. Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES is also not obliged to inform the customer of such changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES for updates or refer to Excellence zone BUSINESS SERVICES website for periodic postings of changes.

To register a new Free Zone company, the required documentation (such as application forms and passport copies) must be submitted to our head office in Ascort Park place  Building Office No 11 , 16th floor  Near world trade metro station , Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This can be done in person, online, or through a courier service, depending on the specific requirements of each Free Zone authority and company setup option. Our office in Dubai will handle all document clearing and processing tasks related to your applications for Trade License, visas, etc. Payments for all applications can be made to our office in Dubai or through a bank transfer or deposit (cheque or cash).

Terms and conditions for website 

1- The client can either provide the logo or we can create one for AED250 with up to 5 revisions.
2- The client must provide the content for all pages or we can provide it for AED100 per page.
3- The client must provide the product images and details or we can provide them for AED50 per product.
4- Content writing for the blog page is priced at AED50 for up to 1000 words.
5- SEO services for up to 15 keywords are priced at AED1500 per month, conditional to a 6-month contract.
6- Digital marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords will be allocated 20% of the marketing budget per month.
7- In the Free Website package, clients are responsible for uploading all products, services, and images.
